My name is Erin Wood.
I am the newest member of the Paperlily Photography team and could not be more excited. I wanted to take some time to introduce myself and let you know a little bit about who I am.
I love photography! I still can’t believe that this is my job. I love what I do and love what I get to be a part of. I love the art of capturing people’s emotions- not just what they looked like on that day, but how they felt. I’m inspired by nature, beautiful light and of course, your dazzling smile.
I’m married to Josh. He’s my best friend, my hero and the funniest person I know. He’s a movie buff, love the outdoors, and is super creative. He’s my biggest fan and loves me through it all. I don’t know what I would do without him by my side.
I appreciate beautiful design, beautiful colors and beautiful paper. I am a self-proclaimed foodie, which probably stems from growing up with my brother, a gourmet chef. I frequently enjoy listening to movie soundtracks (Wall-E might be one of my favorites). I love exploring all the cultures of the world and traveling to places far away. Being in nature makes my soul happy and constantly reminds me of how creative our God is and how much he loves us. I love my cat- Josie, children’s giggles, golden Oreos, raised-bed gardens, farmer’s markets, a good cannoli, laughing, sunsets and my dear family and friends. I strive to love people as God loves people.
I love Jesus. He totally rocks my world in a big way. I stand in awe everyday of His radical grace that he has shown me. I have been blessed with immeasurably more than I could even hope for and owe all my successes to Him.
I’m ecstatic to be joining this team and can’t wait to share life with you and capture those sweet moments that you want to treasure forever.

We could not WAIT to share this gorgeousness with you guys…Lindsay & Kurt are some of our favorite people around, and we are so happy that we got to be a part of their wedding day. The whole day was perfection from start to finish. Their family and friends could not be more supportive and loving, the details were so classic and elegant, and the love between these two could not be more evident. These images are just a tip of the iceberg..i tried so hard to narrow this blog post down, and believe it or not, this IS narrowed down. Moderation is no fun anyway, right??! Kurt surprised Lindsay with a serenade!! One of the best wedding moments EVER!!! We loved Kurt’s expression just as he announced it and Lindsay’s reaction is priceless!
